TechMat – Deadsheet

TechMat Deadsheet is a mineral loaded barrier mat used as either a single sound barrier layer such as flooring underlay or as part of a composite combined with sound-absorbing materials such as Mineral Wool, Acoustic Plasterboard or Foam. The TechMat Dreadsheet provides the heavy mass to create a noise barrier and reduce impact noise.

Commonly used in roofs to reduce rain noise, floors to reduce impact noise, and walls to help block the transmission of airborne noise. A typical application is to sandwich Techmat Deadsheet between two layers of plasterboard to reduce noise between adjoining rooms or buildings. Also used as a flooring underlay to reduce impact noise.

TechMat Deadsheet comes with the option of self-adhesive backing for easy installation.
