Morph – Ridge

Morph baffles are manufactured from recycled PET acoustic panels, consisting of 75% recycled fibre and 25% virgin fibre. The material is lightweight, durable, and designed to deliver effective sound absorption while allowing for expressive 3D ceiling forms.

Morph baffles are supplied as modular ceiling elements with configurable lengths, depths, and profiles depending on the selected design. Standard PET thicknesses include 12mm and 24mm, with bespoke sizing available to suit project requirements.

Morph is defined by its fluid, sculptural geometry, allowing designers to create dynamic ceiling landscapes. The system can be arranged in flowing, curved, or undulating layouts, transforming ceilings into architectural features while controlling reverberation.

Morph baffles achieve Class A to Class C acoustic absorption, depending on baffle depth, spacing, and suspension height. Performance is tested to ISO 354, ISO 11654, and ASTM C423-17, making them suitable for open and reverberant spaces.

Yes. Morph baffles are fire rated to EN13501-1:2007+A1:2009 B-s1, d0, meeting fire safety requirements for commercial interiors.

Morph is installed as a suspended ceiling system, using cables or rail-based suspension methods. Spacing, orientation, and height can be adjusted onsite to optimise both acoustic performance and visual impact.

Morph baffles are ideal for open-plan offices, atriums, reception areas, hospitality spaces, educational buildings, and creative interiors. They are particularly effective in spaces where a strong design statement is required alongside acoustic control.

Typical lead time is 10–12 working days, subject to configuration and volume. Products are pallet-shipped to ensure protection during transit.

All Morph baffles are supplied with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering material and workmanship defects.

Morph baffles are made from high recycled-content PET, derived from post-consumer materials. Panels are 100% recyclable, low-emission, oil-free, and contribute to sustainable and circular building practices.

As Morph baffles are made to order and often customised, returns cannot be accepted unless the product is faulty.
