Your delivery will arrive carefully packaged and secured, transported on a vehicle suitable for the size and weight of the shipment. Typically, the panels are unloaded by hand unless a specific vehicle type has been requested.

Please note: if the order volume is large, the products will be shipped on a pallet. This pallet is non-returnable, and you will need to arrange for curb side unloading. In some cases, a tail lift may not be available, so please plan accordingly. If you have any special requirements at your site or premises, let us know when placing your order so we can discuss the best options.

The standard delivery time is 10-12 working days (around 2 weeks). Since each PET Panel product is handcrafted, we can't provide a rapid Amazon-like service.
