It features a built in Tech Rail suspension system that includes a rail and two fixings for a quick and easy installation. Choose from a variety of standard sizes and designs, or customise your own using our advanced CNC cutting and UV printing technology for a truly bespoke solution.

What is this product made from?
Beam is made from high-quality recycled PET panels comprising 75% recycled fibre and 25% virgin fibre, providing a strong, lightweight acoustic baffle with a timber-effect aesthetic.
What sizes and configurations are available?
Beam is offered in multiple modular options:
- FreeGrid™: 2400 × 2400mm layouts with beam sizes 50 × 200mm or 75 × 200mm
- FullGrid™: 2400 × 2400mm layouts with the same beam dimensions but tighter spacing (480mm)
Beams can also be supplied as Linear profiles in 38mm, 50mm, or 75mm widths, each 2400mm or 1200mm in length.
What is the acoustic performance?
Acoustically tested under ISO 354, ISO 11654, and ASTM C423-17 standards:
- Beam J200: aw 0.50 (NRC 0.55, Class D)
- Beam J300: aw 0.50 (NRC 0.50, Class D)
Beam delivers mid-range absorption ideal for open-plan and reverberant spaces.
Is the product fire rated?
Yes. Beam panels are EN13501-1:2007+A1:2009 B-s1, d0 fire rated, ensuring compliance for commercial and public environments.
How is Beam installed?
Beam features an integrated Tech Rail suspension system with quick-fit fixings for easy ceiling installation. Alternative mounting options include Rapid Rail adapters and Sky Anchors, accommodating both suspended and surface-fixed layouts.

Delivery, Shipping & Warranty
Typical lead time is 10–12 working days, depending on configuration. Products are pallet-shipped for protection in transit.
All Beam systems come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering material and workmanship defects.

Beam is made from recycled PET derived from post-consumer bottles, with no oils or toxic additives. It is low-emission, recyclable, and designed for circular use within sustainable interiors.
Samples & Returns
Material and colour samples are available on request. As each Beam configuration is made to order, returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty.
