What is Amfold made from?
Amfold is constructed from a glasswool acoustic core and finished with a fabric wrap. The panels are lightweight, high-performing, and easy to integrate into ceiling designs.
What is the acoustic performance of Amfold?
Amfold delivers Class A acoustic performance. It has an absorption coefficient (aw) of 1.00 and an NRC up to 1.20 (based on ISO 11654 and ASTM C423-17), making it ideal for high-noise environments.
Is Amfold fire rated?
Yes. The glasswool core is tested to BS 476 Part 6 & 7 and meets Class 0 and Class 1 ratings. Fire performance for fabric finishes is available on request.
Can Amfold be used in any space?
