Etch is made using Alpha Panels, composed of 75% recycled PET and 25% virgin fibre.

Over 20 etched design patterns including Apex, Arches, Ceramic, Deco, and more.

Panels measure 2780mm x 1180mm and are available in 12mm or 24mm thicknesses.

Etch panels can be direct-fixed using Soudal Fix All (High Tack) or Contact Adhesive.

Class A absorption with NRC up to 1.00 (24mm + airgap); 12mm panels achieve Class D.

Yes. Custom grooves and printed panels are available upon request.

Yes. 12mm panels are rated EN13501-1 B-s1, d0. 24mm panels are rated EN13501-1 B-s2, d0.

Standard lead time is 10–12 working days. However, we can often produce and ship more quickly on request, subject to production capacity. Please speak to our sales team for urgent orders.

We ship all panels on pallets where possible for maximum protection during transit. Please ensure your site can accept pallet deliveries before placing your order.

Yes, all acoustic panels come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering material and workmanship defects.

Yes, our panels are made from recycled and recyclable materials where possible. PET products contain up to 75% recycled fibre, and all are low-emission and safe for indoor use.

As all panels are made to order and considered custom due to your selection of colour, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.

Most products are designed for easy installation, but professional fitting is recommended for best results on large or complex installations.
